The ZAP-X® Gyroscopic Radiosurgery® platform is a self-shielded radiation therapy-specific system developed and manufactured by ZAP Surgical Systems, Inc. of San Carlos, California. The device performs stereotactic radiosurgery/treatment (SRS/SRT) of intracranial and head and neck tumors in patients who are eligible for radiation therapy.
